Genworth wanted to improve their corporate reporting structure and demonstrate their commitment to their purpose by focussing on the value they create for customers and other key stakeholder groups. Alongside this shift in their corporate narrative, they wanted to establish a communications framework that accommodated progressive disclosure, and elevated the look and feel of their reporting suite.
Starting with a peer assessment and best practice recommendations, we developed a reporting structure that Genworth would be able to use as a foundation for growth. The creative concept features a customer-centric photography style that represents a diverse range of Australians enjoying life at home.
We created visualisations of data across the highlights and strategy sections of the report to quickly provide readers with a holistic summary of the financial and operational performance of the business. Additionally, the inclusion of sustainability performance data supports their purpose as well as their progressive approach to environmental and social governance.
