In 2016 Designate continued to strengthen their relationship with ALE, the owner of Australia’s largest portfolio of freehold pub properties. The brief was to again create an Annual Report Summary Site and a modest online annual review to complement. The challenge for 2016 was to expand on the core framework of the 2015 site and introduce new and engaging online content to inform and influence their investor audience with ALE’s key messaging for 2016. As part of this Designate directed a video for the Annual Report homepage showcasing one of ALE’s feature assets, and clearly presenting ALE’s messaging ‘Income, Growth, Opportunities’. The microsite featured subtle interactivity and animations to keep stakeholders engaged.
